Congratulations on the purchase of your new home!

We appreciate the process of building a new home can sometimes be overwhelming.

The good news is, that settlement is not too far away.

There is just one last step: ensuring the quality of your new home meets your expectations, and Australian Building Standards.

iBuild Consultants has 30 years of residential building experience, including completing several self-build projects. It is from this experience that we understand the ups and downs of the handover process and have designed an innovative reporting method which provides you with a comprehensive record of your new home. We know first-hand the challenges owners endure when receiving a new home with defects.

Our commitment is to treat your home as if it was our own, ensuring you have peace of mind when you turn your key.

As an independent, we work for you, bringing together the final product and possibly your biggest investment, your new home.

We work with you on your journey to achieving a dream home.

Why a Handover Inspection?

Firstly, for peace of mind, having a pre-settlement Quality Handover Inspection completed by a qualified and licensed builder ensures that your new home meets industry standards.

Secondly, iBuild Consultants will provide you with a detailed report, incorporating images and explanations of any and all finishing defects within your new home.

The report is emailed to you and your builder on the day of inspection. This way your builder will be able to commence work on any rectifications as soon as possible, allowing for a quicker settlement.

As an independent licensed builder and building inspector, iBuild Consultants aims to provide our clients with a personal, authentic experience whilst providing the information they need to ensure that their new home meets Australian building standards. We also work collaboratively with the client’s chosen builder, forming a partnership, and ensuring our mutual clients receive the keys to a quality product and a home that complies with Australian building standards.

Peace of mind that your home meets industry standards.
